- Walk your hands out into a plank position and hold for a breath or two.
- Push back into a downward dog position. Pedal your feet to stretch your calves.
- From downward dog, shift into a low lunge position. Hold and breathe.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Come back to standing and finish with a few deep breaths.
